About Us
Our History
Originally established in April 2004, Master Kevin Gower reopened Loudoun Academy of Martial Arts in the fall of 2007 after having been closed by it's original owner in April of the same year.
Benefits of Martial Arts
Martial Arts are not just for self-defense. Like any sport or training program, it can help improve coordination, stamina, strength, flexibility, and more. But beyond the physical benefits, martial arts can also lead to improved concentration, relaxation and reduced stress. Many students also benefit from a greater sense of self-confidence and improved discipline.
